Is Pipsoo a real baby?
No. Pipsoo is a character made entirely by AI. He is not a real child, and no real child appears in your video. His face, his movements and his voice are all generated.
What will he say?
He says the name first, then the words you write, up to 120 characters. You can get 200 characters for $4.95 more or 300 for $9.95 more. Write it the way you would say it out loud.
Will he say the name right?
He reads what he sees, so spell the name the way it sounds. "Jaylin" and "Jay-lynn" can come out differently. If he gets it wrong because of our mistake, we make it again for free.
How fast will I get it?
Within 24 hours by email. Express delivery within 12 hours costs $4.95, and you can add it at checkout.
What can I not ask him to say?
Nothing hateful, sexual, threatening or cruel, nothing that pretends to be a real person, and no ads. We check every message. If we refuse yours, you pay nothing, or get a full refund if you already paid.
What happens with my card?
Stripe handles your payment and we never see your full card number. Your card is saved with Stripe for this order only, so you can add extras on the next pages. It is charged again only if you tap the button with the price on it, and we remove it from Stripe when those pages close.
How do I send it to them?
You get a private link by email. From that page you can download the video or share it by text, email or any app.
Can I post it online?
You can share it with family and friends and post it on your own personal accounts. You cannot sell it or use it in ads. Please never present it as a real child.
